Description:
The employed process is that using molecular sieve for purification, and reflux expansion single column to produce nitrogen.
The air is sucked into filter to be cleaned of dust, then goes into air compressor for compression, then goes into pre-cooler to be cooled to saturated state. The saturated air goes through molecular sieve adsorber for purification, then goes into main heat exchanger to be cooled, after which it goes into the bottom of nitrogen column to be rectified. Then the product nitrogen and liquid nitrogen is obtained at the top of nitrogen column.
The cold end airstream in the main heat exchanger mainly comes from the expanded oxygen enriched air which is drawn from the top of nitrogen to cold end of main heat exchanger to be rewarmed to 124K, and then it is drawn to expander for expansion refrigeration. The expanded oxygen enriched air goes into main heat exchanger to be rewamred to normal temperature and discharged out of cold box, part of which becomes regeneration gas of molecular sieve adsorber, and the rest is discharged to the atmosphere.
